As an Investment Realtor for Archers Homes, Michael brings professional real estate investment advice and management to Bay Area property investors.

With 18 years of experience as a principal real estate investor, he delivers a one-stop solution for investment success. His value-driven investment style focuses on investment-grade properties and off-market opportunities, selecting deals for high quality cash flows, equity growth potential, turnkey simplicity, and superior risk-adjusted returns.

Michael has been part of the Silicon Valley community for over 35 years. Prior to Archers Homes, he started and managed a network solutions business for eight years with $11 million in annual revenue. He completed the full-time MBA program at the USC Marshall School of Business, concentrating in finance and entrepreneurship, and worked in private equity, managing investment portfolios for early-stage VCs and secondary PEs.

Always on the hunt for great deals in the Bay Area, he bought the street on Presidio Terrace in San Francisco in 2015.

Besides finding the deals, Michael manages rehab renovations, arranges private financing, structures holding entities, and bids out insurance to add total value to select projects.

Between 2011 to 2019, he closed over $120 million in commercial offices, residential homes, agricultural and buildable land, rental properties, and businesses throughout California, with transaction value up to $14.5 million.

Michael is licensed in California as a real estate broker and mortgage loan originator and FINRA licensed as a securities agent and investment advisor.
